On arrival you will usually be met by one of the education team. If this does not happen, an adult should go into the ticket office / gift shop and announce themselves.
IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN ONE OR MORE PAID "DISCOVERY VISITS" you will be asked to sign a receipt which will authorise English Heritage to invoice Education Destination for the activity. You will not be expected to pay on arrival.
Follow staff directions.
When attending your House Visit, you will be asked to arrive together but split into groups of 15 students (with 1 or 2 teachers) to begin the tour. Each small group will be staggered at 5 minute intervals.
